The noise was caused because something was loose so tightened some bolts and the sound stopped. Great customer service.”

    “Max, was the technician who came out to work on my furnace. He got it working again very quickly. Unfortunately, it stopped working the next day. Customer service couldn't have been better. Max was back out the next day without a new service charge. The circuit board had given up the struggle. This was late afternoon on a Thursday. My house was in escrow and the inspector was coming on Sunday. Max managed to locate a new circuit board and get it installed by Friday afternoon! I love this guy and by extension this company.
