The $200 consultation fee is on the higher side, but it was absolutely worth it. I’d rather pay more for a skilled technician than deal with guesswork or wrong fixes. The issue was a simple air filter problem, and Stephan clearly explained system operation, maintenance, and how often filters should be changed.
They’re based in Milpitas and service Dublin as well—glad I found them. Plus, Stephan is easy to talk to and very approachable. Highly recommend.
