Awesome Diagnosis of a Long-Standing Problem
Awesome diagnosis of a long-standing intermittent problem with our gas furnace. Every once in a while the furnace would cut out and then later start working again. The original installer and several other repairmen had tried to figure out the problem and failed. This time I think their guy found it.

Jonathan came by to diagnose an issue that I was having with my high-efficiency furnace. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He was able to find the problem and made the necessary adjustments so that my issue would not happen again. He explained to me why I was having my particular issue and gave me signs to look out for, if it were to happen again. Jonathan was great!!! He took care of my issue and made the area he was working in cleaner than it was before!!! Comfort Energy is by far one of the best HVAC companies out there. The care and professionalism their employees have with their customers is top notch. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
