I scheduled Comfort Energy for A/C maintenance service; they installed the A/C unit in 2018, which has worked great since the new installation. They were running behind (4 hrs later than originally scheduled), but the service and interaction was worth waiting for. The $200 consultation fee is on the higher side, but it was absolutely worth it. I’d rather pay more for a skilled technician than deal with guesswork or wrong fixes. The issue was a simple air filter problem, and Stephan clearly explained system operation, maintenance, and how often filters should be changed.

The technicians who have visited, Chance and Stephan, are both professionals, know their job, and are polite and patient. The dispatchers and schedulers, like Sarah, are also great to work with. Our AC was not pushing out any cool air, even though air was coming through. We called Comfort Energy, and they dispatched tech Stephan Reich to the house. Stephan was friendly, wore booties in the house, and repaired the AC unit. Luckily, he had the capacitor in his truck, and we were back with cool air within an hour or so. He also cleaned the AC unit and tested the vents to make sure cool air was coming through. Highly recommend.
