Comfort Energy employees are so friendly and helpful. Even though I resolved the cold, like A/C that was running, coming out of the vents, Stephan was checking out everything in the panel outside of the house, making sure all was OK.
By me turning off the power button on the remote, and then waiting a good 10 before turning it back on, fixed the issue. We couldn’t figure out why one of the inside units was making a rattle sound. But, when I kept pressing pressure on the outside of the unit, it got slightly less noisy. Stephan took his time, trying to explain how the system runs. He was very respectful and kind. He took his time in explaining how the Mitsubishi works. I would definitely recommend Stephan in helping you out.
